Section 106-835 (f) <br />{ǒƩŅğĭźƓŭ͵ All areas for parking space and driveways shall be surfaced with materials suitable to <br />control dust and drainage. Except in the case of single-family and two-family dwellings in the <br />Large Lot (LLD) zoning district, d Driveways and stalls shall be surfaced with standard concrete, <br />hot-mix asphalt, or chip seal (TxDOT Standard 316 surface treatment) in conformance with the <br />public improvements criteria manual (PICM), except in the case of single family homes in the <br />Large Lot (LLD) zoning district. For developments in the LLD zoning district, the first forty feet <br />concrete, hot-mix asphalt, or chip seal (TxDOT Standard 316 surface treatment). New <br />technologies in parking lot surfacing can be considered and approved at the discretion of the <br />Planning and Development Director or his/her designee. <br /> <br />4. Landscape Maintenance Sec 106-800 Currently the code does not specifically state that all required <br />landscaped must be maintained throughout the existence of the building. <br /> <br />Sec. 106-800. - Landscaping. <br /> <br />(a) Landscaping is required along the front property line and along the side property lines in a <br />minimum four feet wide planting strip. Corner lots shall be treated as having two front <br />property lines. A certified site plan and/or separate landscape plans shall be submitted in <br />conjunction with building permit applications. A landscape legend on the site plan shall <br />include type, size, and number of plantings existing and proposed at site. Approval of <br />landscape requirements is a condition of building permit approval. The perimeter <br />landscaping requirements of this subsection are not applicable in the Main Street District <br />Overlay. <br />(b) All required landscaping shall be maintained throughout the useful life of the development. <br /> <br /> <br />5.
