Such notice shall give the name uf the applicant, the name of the business under which the applicant proposes to operate and any other pertinent data that the city secretary may deem necessary. If the amount deposited is inaotfiotmut to pay the cost of the advertising, staffing, prumeanimA and reproduction costs uexoc1mte8 with the application, the city secretary shall then require the applicant tupay for the deficiency. (4) The committee shall have in attendance at such hearing a representative ftorn the city legal department, and any other persons that it may deem necessary to conduct such hearing.
