He <br />shall not park his vehicle within a dimtmumo m[50 feet ftuzu a wrecked or d1anhlod vehicle. <br />(b) It shall be unlawful for any wrecker owner, driver wr agent to solicit the business of <br />towing, removing nr repairing uuy wrecked ordisabled vehicle ut the place where unaccident <br />has occurred, by words, norda circulars or gestures, <br />(v) All auto wrecker drivers arriving at the place where any accident has occurred shall <br />obey all orders given them 6v any police otfirerof the city investigating such accident and shall <br />not in any manner interfere with such police officer in the performance of his duty. <br />(d) No auto wrecker or auto wrecker driver shall romuro any wrecked or disabled vehicle <br />fi-o/u the place where an accident has occurred, or mttuu6 his wrecker to the wrecked or <br />disabled vehicle until: <br />(l) The police o£Gvone have completed their investigation; and <br />(Q) The driver of the vehicle, or the yoDoo officer where the driver is unable, has given <br />permission. <br />(e) The fact that no police officer oI the city lm present ut the scene mfthe accident when ao <br />auto wrecker or a towing vehicle that has been summoned to the scene by the vehicle owner <br />arrives shall not constitute an exception to this section, and it shall be the duty of any wrecker <br />8 vrr.
