<br />Common Area or any improvement thereon for his or her own exclusive use. Any Member or
<br />his orher guests, family or invitees that cause damage to the Common Area shall be financially
<br />responsible for said damage. The cost of repair, if not timely paid by the Member (within thirty
<br />\[30\] days) shall be assessed against the Member’s Lotand secured bythe continuing lien set
<br />forth in this Declaration.
<br />G.Exterior Seasonal Decorations
<br />The display of exterior seasonal decorations, by way of illustration but not limited to
<br />lights, banners, flags, wreaths, shall be subject to reasonable rules and regulations, if any,
<br />promulgated by the Board. Such rules may address the appearance and length of time of such
<br />display. Suchdisplay shall be maintained and kept in good condition at all times. If any exterior
<br />seasonal decorations are placed, or remain, within the Subdivision in violation of this
<br />Declarationor the Dedicatory Instruments, the Boardor its agents shall be authorized to exercise
<br />its Self Help remedy, to bring the Owner’s Lot into compliance with this provision.
<br />H.Flags and Flagpoles
<br />The size, number, and placement of flagpoles, and the display of flags within the
<br />Subdivision, shall be subject to any Guidelines, rulesorpolicies adopted by the Association.
<br />The Declarant, by promulgating this Section, is not attempting to violate any local, state
<br />or federal law. This Section shall be interpreted to be as restrictive as possible while not
<br />violating anylaws of the State of Texas and/or the United States of America.
<br />I.General Nuisances
<br />No portion of the Subdivision shall be used, in whole or in part, for the storage of any
<br />property or thing that will cause it to appear to be in an unclean or untidy condition or that will
<br />be obnoxious to the eye; nor shall any substance, thing, animal, or material be kept upon any
<br />portion of the Subdivisionthat will emit foul or obnoxious odors or that will cause any noise or
<br />other condition that will or might disturb the peace, quiet, comfort, or serenity of the Owners
<br />and/or Occupants of surrounding Homesites and users of the Common Areas.
<br />No noxious, illegal, or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any portion of the
<br />Subdivision, nor shall anything be done thereon tending to cause embarrassment, discomfort,
<br />annoyance, or nuisance to any person using any portion of the Subdivision. There shall not be
<br />maintained any plants, animals, device or thing of any sort whose activities or existence in any
<br />way is noxious, dangerous, unsightly, unpleasant, or of a nature as may diminish or destroy the
<br />enjoyment of the Subdivision. No outside burning of wood(except for wood burned in approved
<br />outdoor fire pits and fireplaces), leaves, trash, garbage or household refuse shall be permitted
<br />within the Subdivision. No speaker, horn, whistle, bell or other sound device, except alarm
<br />devices used exclusively for residential monitoring purposes, shall be installed or operated on the
<br />Property, unless required by federal, state or local regulation. The use and discharge of
<br />firecrackers and other fireworks is prohibited within the Subdivision.
<br />It shall be the responsibility of each Owner to prevent the development of any unclean,
<br />unhealthy, unsightly, or unkempt condition on his or herLot orHomesite. The pursuit of
