<br />(a) T,i7niteation on re�gulatioM NO structure, other -prise in accordance with the provisions of

<br />(b) Continuance of noncon forrain:g structures. Subject to all limitations herein set forth, any
<br />nonconforrraing structure may be occupied and operated and maintained in a state of good
<br />rfep,ahr but no noncoiaforrraing stl-netnre shall be enlarged, unless the enlargement is made in
<br />accordance -wi:th the provisions of section. 100--262(g) of this chapter.
<br />(c) Accidentcad damage to ,structua -e. if a building occupied by nonconfo,_yr ing uses is
<br />destroyed by fire or the elements, it may not be, rec;onst7ucted or rebuilt unless it conforms with
<br />the provisions of this chapter. In the case of partial ciestz Lactlon by fire or other causes, not
<br />exceeding 50 percent of its value, as cletermhied by a licensed appraiser, the enforcing ofFaccr
<br />of the city may issue a permit for reconstruction. if greater.tb 50 percent and less than total,

<br />certified tax rolls of the city, as to the date of termination of the right to operate and maintain
