Purpose. <br />(a) The R-1 low density residential district is the moat restrictive district. <br />(b) The principal use of land in this district is for low density, single-family detached <br />.dwellings and .related recreational, religious and educational faalities normally required to <br />provide the elements of a balanced, orderly, convenient and attractive residential area.
