It is the <br /> Grantee's responsibility to provide a copy of <br /> this specification to the Contractor and to <br /> ensure that all the provisions in the Agreement . <br /> are followed. <br /> 3.6.2 Any necessary field changes or modifications to <br /> j the Agreement must be approved in writing by the <br /> Company Representative prior to construction by <br /> the Grantee /Contractor. <br /> 3.6.3 It is the Grantee /Contractor's responsibility to <br /> r"‘, examine all the available records and to make'a <br /> field inspection of the site and Company <br /> Property for determination of the surface <br /> conditions and surface water conditions to be <br /> encountered, and the character of equipment and <br /> facilities needed for the desired -work. <br /> 3.7 N0TIFICA`PION REQUIREMENTS <br /> 3.7.1 The Grantee /Contractor shall be responsible for <br /> 3 notifying all parties having an interest in or <br /> an easement on, under or above the subject <br /> Company Property. The construction requirements <br /> of the parties with prior rights shall be <br /> observed; however, the company's specification <br /> for Construction shall be adhered to as a <br /> minimum. <br /> 3_7.2 The Grantee /Contractor shall notify the Company <br /> Representative seven (7) days prior to beginning <br /> any type of work so that an inspection of <br /> • <br /> R: V.
