Berg*Oliver Associates, Inc, will obtain and review records that will help identify recognized <br />environmental conditions in connection with the property. Some records will pertain to properties within ail <br />additional approximate search distance in order to help assess the likelihood of potential problems from <br />migrating substances. <br />INVESTIGATIVE WORK <br />A Limited In- Office Review includes two basic tasks that are each comprised of several components. The <br />details of these tasks are set forth below, listing the standard components of each. The ASTM E 1527 -2005 <br />standard prescribes a review of reasonably ascertainable information; that is, information that is publicly <br />available, obtainable from its source within reasonable time and cost restraints, and practically reviewable. <br />The availability of information will vary based on the location of a given site. Berg* Oliver will attempt to <br />review as much of the following information as is reasonably ascertainable for this project. <br />Task 1: Records Review <br />Standard Environmental Record Sources <br />Review documented environmental site listings from Federal and State regulatory agency database <br />sources, including the following: <br />Sources Minimum Search Distance <br />I. Federal RCRA Generator List <br />Adjoining <br />8. Federal Finds List <br />0.5 Mile Radius <br />9. Federal ERNS List <br />Site Specific <br />10. State Priority List <br />I Mile Radius <br />11. State IOP List <br />0.5 Mile Radius <br />12. State SWLF /CLI List <br />0.5 Mile Radius <br />13. State CLI List <br />0.5 Mile Radius <br />14.
