1.7.2Define in Contract Documents the Contractor(s) (and or Vendor(s)) responsibility in <br />connection with the start up, refining, and adjustment of any equipment or system. <br />1.7.3Define in Contract Documents the Contractor(s) (and or Vendor(s)) responsibility <br />for training ownersstaff to operate and maintain any equipment or system and for <br />reviewing pertinent manuals, submittals, shop drawings, and warranties supplied by the <br />Contractor(s), Vendor(s), or Manufacturer(s) as the case may be. <br />1.7.4Coordinate, attend and participate in the start up and training orientations as <br />described in paragraphs 1.7.2 and 1.7.3. <br />1.7.5Record Drawings. <br />ARCHITECT shall furnish the OWNER a set of marked up printsand a <br />scanned set on DVD,drawings and other data kept by the Contractor(s), andProject <br />Representative (if employed by the ARCHITECT) in a form and manner that clearly <br />depicts significant changes made during the construction process. <br />1.7.6At a time eleven (11) months following Substantial Completion of the project (one <br />month prior to expiration of the Contractor's warranty period), the ARCHITECT, in the <br />company of the OWNER, will visit the project to observe any apparent deficiencies in the <br />completed construction, and document any items observed in a written report issued to the <br />CONTRACTOR and OWNER. <br />1.7.7During the Operational Phase, the ARCHITECT will assist the OWNER in <br />consultations and discussions with CONTRACTOR concerning the correction of <br />deficiencies brought to the ARCHITECT's attention, and when appropriate, review or make <br />written recommendations regarding replacement or correction of the Work as proposed by <br />the Contractor. <br />1-8 <br /> <br />
