Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment <br />Accessory Structures without Primary Use within the Large Lot District <br />Sec. 106-1. - Definitions. <br />The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter shall have the <br />meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context indicates a different <br />meaning: <br />Accessory structure means a detached, subordinate structure, the use of which is <br />clearly incidental and related to that of the principal structure or use of the land, and <br />which is located in the same lots as that of the principal structure or use. <br />Accessory use or building. An "accessory use or building" is one customarily a <br />part thereof, which is clearly incidental and secondary to permitted use and which does <br />not change the character thereof, including but not limited to garages, carports, <br />bathhouses, greenhouses, tool sheds, or swimming pools. <br />Accessory structure, use or building without required principal structure. A <br />residential barn and livestock, without a principal structure, shall be a "conditional use", <br />within the large lot district only. Structure/use shall be for the property owner's personal <br />use only (commercial use is not allowed) and is applicable for tracts one (1) acre or larger <br />in size. See Sec. 106-416. Special regulations. <br />
