Also, certified <br />letters (voluntary consent to demolish form and public notice) were mailed to the building owners. <br />The purpose of this public hearing is to receive property owner, citizen, and staff comments as to why the buildings <br />should or should not be condemned and demolished. Following the close of the hearing, Council will be asked to <br />consider condemnation of the structures. <br />At this time, staff has secured a voluntary consent to demolish form(s) on 201 N. 7" St. Therefore, no <br />condemnation ordinances are needed on this location. <br />The Board recommends passage of condemnation ordinances for 203 Bay Oaks Dr., 204 N. Forrest, 302 N. 7" St., <br />313 S. 71n St., 330 S. 51n St., 402 S. 151n St., 422 S. 2nd St., 514 N. 51n St., 626 N. 1s` St. <br />The Finance Department has confirmed Acct. 4001-9092-524-6021 has $66,190.00 in budgeted funds. <br />Action Required by Council: <br />Consider approval or other action of ordinances regarding condemnation of substandard buildings. <br />Approved for City Council Agenda <br />Corby D.
