THENCE in a northerly direction along the centerline of Driftwood Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Spruce Drive North; THENCE in a westerly direction along the centerline of Spruce Drive North to its intersection with the centerline of Fleetwood Drive; THENCE in a northerly direction along the centerline of Fleetwood Drive to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein-described Tract 1 of District 5 boundary.
