also including the Dallas Regional Mobility Commission, North Central Texas <br />Emergency Preparedness Committee, Frisco Veterans Advisory Committee, <br />North Texas Commission,and Regional Transportation Council. <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Will Sowell reported on the Budget and Audit Committee <br />Meeting that they had today with auditors to discuss employee benefits and they <br />decided to leave as is. <br />Deputy Mayor Pro-TemJohn Keating reported on the VeteransAdvisory <br />Committee Meeting and the goals that they will be working on for 2018. <br />Council Member Tim Nelson mentioned that he will report on the North Central <br />Texas Emergency Preparedness Committee Meeting at the next City Council <br />th <br />Meeting onDecember 7. <br />Mayor Cheney continued with the Consent Agenda. <br />CITIZEN INPUT (to begin approximately at 7:30 p.m.) <br />No one wished to speak. <br />Mayor Cheney continued with Reports, Item 8. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />(Items placed on the Consent Agenda are considered routine in nature and are considered non-controversial. The <br />Consent Agenda can be acted upon in one motion. A majority of the Council is required to remove any item for <br />discussion and separate action.
