Both were designed by Cobb Fendley. Staff requested Cobb Fendley provide an <br /> and proposal for design. The proposal and estimate of <br />probable cost in this of $5,290,000. <br /> <br />The engineers estimate of probable cost to construct is $4,584,260.13; engineering services for design <br />proposal are $505,363.00; and it will be $82,735.00 for construction materials testing; totaling <br />rd <br />$5,172,358.13 for the estimated project cost. The materials testing was derived from the 3 Street Project <br />rd <br />proposal plus 10 percent.
