Through an analysis of the current inventory that includes types of use, condition of facilities, accessibility, context and existing conditions, this Parks Master Plan <br /> will develop a better understanding of the opportunities and constraints of the overall system and becomes the foundation of the needs analysis and plan recommendations found in subsequent <br /> sections of this Plan.Different parks types serve different purposes, areas, and intended users. Understanding this helps to identify gaps and overlap in the overall system and whether <br /> or not existing facilities are addressing the current park, recreation, and open space needs of the city.
