EMS Billing Services <br />City of La Porte RFP #20510 <br />Shannon Boyle CAC, CACO <br />Shannon is a Texas native who has worked for EMERGICON for over eight years <br />as a billing expert. She holds certifications as a Certified Ambulance Coder and <br />Ambulance Compliance Officer. Today, Shannon serves as the Billing Manager at <br />EMERGICON. <br />Lisa Atilano-CADS, CACO-Client Success <br />With over 25 years of experience in customer management, Lisa has worked her <br />way up at EMERGICON, including roles in pre-billing,billing,and compliance. <br />She now serves as the Client Success Lead, using her experience and <br />respond to their inquiries. She holds certificates as a Certified Ambulance <br />Documentation Specialist and Certified Ambulance Compliance Officer. <br />Tiffany Gates Client Onboarding Manager <br />Tiffany has worked within the medical billing industry for six years. She received <br />her Medical Billing and Coding certificate in 2014 and has pursued additional <br />medical education. Tiffany has also worked in client implementation management <br />for three years, which makes her an excellent asset for EMERGICON as she <br />serves as the Client Onboarding Manager. <br />3.Ability to Perform Required Services <br />In order to be considered responsive, the Contractor shall submit with their proposal such <br />perform the work as specified and all aspects of this contract in a competent and expeditious manner. <br />Such documentation shall consist of no less than the following: <br />1. Provide your service offering, benefits, and specific knowledge related to Texas-based billing and <br />electronic patient records. <br />EMERGICON, LLC,was founded in 2006 specifically to assist Texas municipal EMS providers to <br />improve their collections while delivering superior customer service. Our primary business is billing <br />and collecting ambulance fees for Texas EMS providers,serving as a true partner with more than <br />160 clients in managing EMS billing and collections.
