Main Street (Spencer Hwy) <br />intersection. <br />opportunity to consider addition of a logo to add visual appeal to the overpasses at <br />Fairmont Parkway and Wharton Weems. The concrete impressions on the retaining <br />walls will be at no charge to the City. Any additional items such as powder-coated metal <br /> <br /> <br />Staff has been working with design consultant, Asakura Robinson to provide <br />preliminary conceptual renderings. The designer has provided several options for <br />review. The selected design will be integrated into the TxDOT construction plans. <br /> <br />Staff recommends a selection as soon as feasible as the timeline is restricted and <br />design must be finalized by the end of February 2021 to align with TxDOT scheduling. <br /> <br />Benefits: <br /> Improves visual appearance of overpass structures <br /> Enhances promotional efforts <br /> <br /> <br />Liabilities: <br /> Maintenance of the improvements <br /> <br /> <br />
