However, with pro-active maintenance, the extremely high cost <br />to completely remove existing material and replace can be avoided. The total budget is $200,000 <br />with supplemental funding in Fund 015 (Utility Fund) in the amount of $7,717. The overall total <br />project budget is $2,000,000. The project is grant funded and the City’s share is 10%. The <br />remainder of the funding is located in Fund 032 (Grand Fund) and Fund 015 (Utility Fund). <br /> <br />Future Operating Impact: Completing rehabilitation in the next few years will help the City avoid a <br />very costly complete reconstruction of the runways, taxiways, etc. in the future. <br /> <br />F IRST Q UARTER FY 20-21 <br />Original identified project is complete. The remaining funds have been authorized to evaluate the <br />potential for additional drainage improvements on the north and east side of the airport.
