Each project is considered on a first come-first served basis and will be awarded <br />maximum of $5,000. <br /> <br />Future Operating Impact: None. <br /> <br />F IRST Q UARTER FY 20-21 <br />Staff issued a “Memorandum of Agreement” to Bay Point Townhomes Owner’s Association for a <br />COOP project which will consist of removal and replacement of concrete driveway to fix potholes <br />within their community. The estimated cost of this project is $27,366, of which only $5,000 would be <br />reimbursable from this program. Additionally, staff has been working with Bayside Terrace Civic Club <br />on a project that would include the addition of a chain-link fence with a gate entrance along with a new <br />play structure at their community park. Staff is awaiting a signature from the BTCC president on the <br />“Memorandum of Agreement” before they are given permission to proceed with this project. <br /> <br />S ECOND Q UARTER FY20-21 <br />Staff heard from the Bayside Terrace Civic Club pertaining to their project. Their Board decided to not <br />move forward with their project. However, they may still decide to install a new play structure at their <br />community park at a future date. At that time, they will come back to the City for the change in scope <br />of their request. <br />34 <br /> <br />
