All <br />awarded contracts through TIPS have been through a competitively bid process that <br />comply with all State purchasing laws. <br />Staff is requesting approval to enter into anInterlocal Agreement with TIPS to utilize <br />cooperative purchasing contracts. There is currently a contract for vehiclesthat Staff <br />has identified, which is a separate agenda item for consideration. <br />There is no membership fees to be a member of TIPS. <br />ACTION REQUIRED BY CITY COUNCIL <br />Approval to execute an Interlocal Agreement with The Interlocal Purchasing <br />Systemto utilize cooperative contracts. <br />Approved for the City Council meeting agenda <br />Corby D.
