The request is for approval of a SCUP to allow for a <br />secondary dwelling unit in the Low Density Residential (R-1) zoning district, on a 0.53- acre <br />tract of land located at 9305 Carlow Lane; legally described as Lots 67 & 68, Block 4, <br />Spenwick Place Section 1, Harris County, Texas.
