KIT will evaluate current roadway pavement condition which include: cross section, <br />traffic circulation at intersections, pedestrian and unusual roadway features. <br />8. KIT will analyze existing traffic flow patterns and develop Traffic Control Plans in <br />accordance with the Harris County design standards and guidelines. The <br />construction sequence and design of Traffic Control Plans (TCP) will be based on <br />Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control devices (Texas MUTCD) and the latest <br />TCP design requirements. <br />9. KIT will coordinate meetings with Halff Associates/City of La Porte and local <br />governing agencies. <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) <br />1. KIT will utilize the available record drawing information and conduct a field <br />inventory of existing drainage system conditions. <br />2. KIT will prepare SW3P in accordance with Storm Water Management Handbook <br />for Construction Activities prepared by The Harris County (HC) / Harris County <br />Flood Control District (HCFCD) under industrial activity regulations of Texas <br />Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES).KIT will design the most <br />appropriate erosion and remediation control for the construction project based on <br />the site condition, site evaluation, and engineering judgment and prepare Quantity <br />take-off's and cost estimate. <br />PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING FEES: <br />KIT Professionals, Inc. (KIT) will provide Professional Engineering Fees in accordance <br />with the agreement on a lump sum basis. <br />Task 1 : Water line design <br />$92,700.00 <br />Task 2 : Traffic Control Plans <br />$11,898.00 <br />Task 3 : Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan <br />$8,574.00 <br />Total fees <br />$113,172.00 <br />
