The applicant shall show that there is no substantial conflict in the principle <br />operating hours of the two buildings or uses for which joint use of off-street <br />parking facilities is proposed. <br />C. A properly drawn legal instrument, executed by the parties concerned for joint <br />use of off-street parking facilities, duly authorized as to form and manner of <br />execution by the city attorney, shall be filed and recorded in the county deed <br />records. <br />(g) Landscape gutters. Landscape buffers shall be a minimum of four feet in width. Plantings <br />shall consist of trees and low evergreen shrubs. Required landscaping must be maintained <br />by the property owner and/or occupant. Planting plans shall be approved by the planning <br />director or his duly appointed representative. <br />(h) Dog grooming. There shall be no overnight boarding of animals. All areas used for holding <br />animals shall be located within the same building in which grooming activities take place. <br />W Shipping and transport. These facilities shall be limited to office activities only. No <br />warehousing or handling of freight shall take place at these facilities. No trucks, other than <br />light trucks, as defined by this chapter, shall be allowed on premises occupied by these <br />facilities. <br />(Ord.
