Purpose. <br />(a) The MH manufactured housing district is intended to provide for manufactured housing communities, <br />(parks, subdivisions, or condominiums). Within such developments, manufactured housing <br />communities (with such additional uses and occupancies as are permitted herein) may be <br />established subject to the requirements and limitations set forth in these and other regulations. Other <br />residential and supporting uses may also be permitted in such districts. <br />(b) It is intended that such manufactured housing communities shall be so located, designed, and <br />improved as to provide a desirable residential environment, protection from potentially adverse <br />neighboring influences, protection for adjacent residential properties, access for vehicular traffic <br />without traversing minor streets in adjoining residential neighborhoods, and accessibility equivalent <br />to that for other forms of permitted residential development to public facilities, places of employment, <br />and facilities for meeting commercial and service needs not met within the manufactured housing <br />community. <br />Sec. 106-412.
