SubpartBLANDUSEREGULATIONS <br />Chapter106ZONING <br />ARTICLEIII.DISTRICTS <br />DIVISION3.ΑCOMMERCIALDISTRICTREGULATIONS <br />SubdivisionI.Generally <br />c. A properly drawn legal instrument, executed by the parties concerned for joint use of off- <br />street parking facilities, duly authorized as to form and manner of execution by the city <br />attorney, shall be filed and recorded in the county deed records. <br />(g) Landscape buffers. Landscape buffers shall be a minimum of four feet in width. Plantings shall <br />consist of trees and low evergreen shrubs. Required landscaping must be maintained by the <br />property owner and/or occupant.Planting plans shall be approved by the planning director or his duly <br />appointed representative. <br />(h) Dog grooming. There shall be no overnight boarding of animals. All areas used for holding animals <br />shall be located within the same building in which grooming activities take place. <br />(i) Shipping and transport. These facilities shall be limited to office activities only. No warehousing or <br />handling of freight shall take place at these facilities. No trucks, other than light trucks, as defined by <br />this chapter, shall be allowed on premises occupied by these facilities. <br />(Ord.
