Purpose. <br />The purpose of the Mixed Use District is to accommodate, encourage and promote innovatively designed <br />developments involving neighborhood-serving residential and commercial land uses. The regulations of <br />this district are intended to allow for residential and limited commercial uses scaled in such a manner as <br />to complement the immediate neighborhood. The district regulations allow flexibility and encourage more <br />creative, efficient and aesthetically desirable design and placement of land uses. <br />Sec. 106-516. Permitted, accessory, and special conditional uses. <br />includingamixofresidentialandcommercialuses <br />Limited commercial and all residential activities are <br />permitted in the Mixed Use District, as indicated in section 106-310 (Table A, commercial and industrial <br />uses). <br />Sec. 106-517. Special regulations and procedures. <br />Refer to articles IV, V, VI and VII of this chapter for additional regulations and procedures. <br />For commercial uses, a minimum of 4 parking spaces is required. Such parking may cover no more than <br />30 percent of the lot.
