Additional notice of the <br />public hearing was p in compliance with state <br />law. <br /> <br />Analysis: <br />There are a number of different considerations staff evaluated during the review of this <br /> <br /> <br />Land Use. <br />The proposed development includes a mix of land uses. Those uses are laid out in the La <br />Porte Town Center General Plan presented as Agenda Item #4 nd <br />included as part of Exhibit B of this report.
