Planning and Development Department <br />Staff Report <br />The applicant, Charles Anders of Bay Way Homes, requests approval of a replat <br />for Bay Village Section 1. The attached Exhibit is the proposed replat. The 8.16 <br />acre tract of land is currently vacant. The site had previously been home to the <br />LPISD Bayshore Elementary. The site is located along Bay Oaks Dr., east of S. <br />Broadway, and is zoned Single Family Residential (R-1). <br />The site is currently zoned R-1. The applicant desires to replat the former <br />LPISD property into 27 individual single family lots. All lots will meet the minimum <br />lot size of 6,000 square feet in the R-1 zoning district.
