Each auto wrecker and emergency auto wrecker shall be equipped <br />wi:L a power takeoff operated winch, winch line and boom, with a factory rated hftiuj capacity <br />(or city tested capacity) of not less tnan 5 000 pounds, single line capacity. The winch line shall <br />be at least three eighths of an inch in diameter. <br />(c) FZgshing light. Each auto wrecker and emergency auto wrecker shall have a f1aS <br />light of at least four inches in diameter on the top of the cah, as prescribed or permitted by <br />state law, visible from both the fi ont and rear of the truck. <br />(d) Wheels and tires.
