Describe the project <br />Facts about the proposed site (acreage, cost, location, ownership, and <br />proposed use). <br />Submit map of metes and bounds or other valid legal property description <br />of the property. <br />Type and value of proposed improvements (budget, list of fixed in place <br />equipment to be included in the project). <br />Project timeline--construction start date and end date. <br />Environmental impact information must be provided, noting any <br />anticipated impacts of the project on the environment, including, but not <br />limited to storm water runoff, floodplains location, wetlands impact, <br />waste(s) generated, hazardous waste/hazardous substances/regulated <br />substances used or generated, noise levels, and state and federal <br />environmental permits and registrations held or required. <br />f.
