The Sylvan Beach Pavilion was
constructed in the early 1950's and is nearing the end of its life expectancy,
considering its proximity with Galveston Bay and the deteriorating forces of salt
water and air. Funding for this project would be. contingent upon shared costs
with Harris County Precinct 2 or private development.
Recommended amount to be determined...... $3,000,000?
3.
