<br />Consideration of Covenants/Restrictions <br />80.97 Acre Tract in Bavport <br /> <br />As discussed in a previous executive session, if Council wishes to place any restrictions/covenants on <br />the 80.97 acres we need to decide prior to marketing of the tract. Obviously, the more restrictions <br />placed on the property affects the ability to market the tract. The property is in La Porte's Bayport <br />Industrial District and therefore is not subject to any City regulations. It is covered by covenants <br />placed on it by Friendswood Development Corporation, which by today's standards are not <br />particularly restrictive. <br /> <br />The following items are presented to Council to initiate conversation regarding potential restrictions: <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />. Hazardous Waste <br />. Medical Waste <br />. Incineration <br />. Container Storage (Open Storage) <br />· Height? <br />· Buffer? i.e. 50', 75', etc; front, rear, sides <br />
