Port of Houston Authority <br />Wetland Mitigation Plan <br />:-k5aU (IZev►se-k) <br />RECORD KEEPING AND REPORTING <br />Results of all field monitoring efforts and activities will be documented and provided to the <br />USACE for their review on a regular basis. Reporting will involve three types of reports: <br />• Post -construction Report, <br />• Semi-annual Progress Report, <br />• Phase I and Phase II Final Reports, <br />Post -construction Report <br />A post -construction report will be prepared after the first post -planting inspection. The post <br />construction report will be provided to the USACE within 30 days after all construction and <br />planting activities, and the 45-day inspection has been completed. The report will include: <br />Results of initial vegetation inspection, <br />• As -built drawings, <br />• Surveyor's report, and, <br />• Aerial photograph. <br />Semi -Annual Progress Report <br />During Phase I and Phase II, Semi -Annual Progress Reports will be prepared after the spring <br />and fall monitoring events. Examples of information that will be reported include: <br />• Summary of scheduled or unscheduled site visits, <br />• Results of vegetation surveys, levee inspections, wildlife observations, <br />• Aerial photograph, <br />• Issues and problems that may adversely impact project performance, and <br />• Documentation of corrective actions. <br />A copy of the Semi-annual report will be provided to the USACE within 60 days following the <br />monitoring event. <br />Benchmark Ecological Services, Inc.
