Vegetative cover of undesirable species shall not exceed 10% within the <br />wetland or enhanced upland habitats during Phase I, or until planted and <br />other desirable species have become well established. While it may be <br />impractical or impossible to completely eliminate this vegetation, the <br />growth and spread of these species must be controlled. <br />The growth and cover of Chinese Tallow must be controlled throughout <br />the monitoring period. <br />Corrective Actions <br />a. If the vegetative cover of undesirable species exceeds 10% within the <br />planting zones, during any Phase I monitoring event, control measures <br />must be initiated. Methods for controlling undesirable species may include <br />mechanical manipulation or chemical control. <br />b. The growth and spread of Chinese tallow must be controlled throughout <br />the monitoring period.
