<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />LuL:.:. <br /> <br />Port of Houston Authority <br />Wetland Mitigation Plan <br /> <br />eort of Houston Authority No. .20(Revised) <br />Galveston Bay, along the Bayport Ship Channel, <br />City of Pasadena, Harris County, Texas. <br />Attachment 1, Sheet 110f";L\.(Revised May 2003) <br /> <br />RECORD KEEPING AND REPORTING <br /> <br />Results of all field monitoring efforts and activities will be documented and provided to the <br />USACE for their review on a regular basis. Reporting will involve three types of reports: <br /> <br />. . . . <br />o Post-construction Report, <br />o Semi-annual Progress Report, <br />o Phase I and Phase" Final Reports. <br /> <br />Post-construction Report <br /> <br />A post-construction report will be prepared after the first post-planting inspection. The post <br />construction report will be provided to the USACE within 30 days after all construction and <br />planting activities, and the 45-day inspection has been completed. The report will include: <br /> <br />Results of initial vegetation inspection, <br /> <br />· As-built drawings, <br />· Surveyor's report, and, <br />· Aerial photograph. <br /> <br />Semi-Annual Progress Report <br /> <br />During Phase I and Phase II, Semi-Annual Progress Reports will be prepared after the spring <br />and fall monitoring events. Examples of information that will be reported include: <br /> <br />· Summary of scheduled or unscheduled site visits, <br />· Results of vegetation surveys, levee inspections, wildlife observations, <br />· Aerial photograph, <br />· Issues and problems that may adversely impact project performance, and <br />· Documentation of corrective actions. <br /> <br />A copy of the Semi-annual report will be provided to the USACE within 60 days following the <br />monitoring event. <br /> <br />Phase I and Phase II Final Reports <br /> <br />When Phase I or Phase II monitoring inspections indicate that performance standards have <br />been met, a Final Report will be prepared to document conditions in the wetland and provide <br /> <br />Benchmark Ecological Services, Inc. <br /> <br />May 2003 <br />
