However, when it is parked in Kemah or <br />Clear Lake City the fastest response for ALL BayMud <br />would come from La Porte. <br /> <br />With regard to Fire Protection, two pieces of fire <br />fighting equipment are always better than one, and <br />in La Porte the driver is in the fire station waiting <br />for your call. <br /> <br />2. Will the City enforce deed restrictions? <br /> <br />(a) sq. ft. in a home <br />Cb) % brick facing required <br />(c) set-back from property edge <br />Cd) parking boats, recreational vehicles on property <br />(e) roofing material <br />.. (f) umb <br />n er of stories in home <br />(g) trash on vacant lots <br />(h) lawn mowing <br />Ci) maintenance of property. <br /> <br />(a) When local deed restrictions and city ordinances are in <br />agreement, the deed restrictions/ordinances will be <br />enforced by La Porte. <br /> <br />Whenever the deed restrictions are outside city <br />ordinances, then they must be enforced by the home <br />owners associations. <br /> <br />3, Why change Fire Departments when the one we have is adequate? <br /> <br />(a) Any fireman will tell you the first 15 minutes are the <br />the most important. The present Volunteer Fire Depart- <br />ment can only move when a volunteer arrives at the Fire <br />Station to drive the truck, In La Porte a full-time <br />fireman is waiting for your call and the truck moves out <br />at once. <br /> <br />In La Porte two fire fighting pieces answer every call. <br />Two pices of equipment are better than one. <br /> <br />~.
