I ~ .

EH8tA Job No. 10790-16

RE: Survey for Bayshore M.U.D.
Line Extension

Dear Mr. Herrera:

The relocation of Bayshore M.U.D.'s delivery point has impacted the topographic
surveying effort required to develop the drawings. As you know, we are utilizing
aerial survey methods in order to reduce costs on this extensive project. The
original overflights did not cover the new Baymud route, and this work was already
complete using the original Baymud location before you were notified of the change
by Bayshore M.U.D.

We have explored the available options for obtaining this extra surveying and found
that the aerial method is still the most economical, primarily because the ground
control work already done is adequate for this lateral. We have a quotation from
the aerial survey firm and estimate that charges for this extra work will not exceed:

Aerial Survey (Similar to Task 24 Work)
Ground Profiling (Similar to Task 21 Work)

$3,630.00
750.00

Total

$4,380.00

We will account for these charges together under Task No. 27 (move Baymud). We
will await your instructions on this matter.

Very truly yours,

Q1~

William B.
