Osburn. <br /> <br />CTHER CITY OFFICIALS PRESENT: Clovis D. Mann, City <br />Clerk; H. F. Freeman, Chief of Police; Carlos Smith, City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />HOES/O1NG: Mayor H, P. Pfeiffer. <br />+ . r <br />/avocation was given by Reverend .George Stanley, Minister <br />of First Baptist Church of La Porte. <br />.~ <br />1. Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 6, 1964 <br />and Special Meeting of January 9, 1964 were read and approved. <br />• <br />2. Commissioner Baker made a motion, seconded by <br />Commissioner Shepherd, that a Public Hearing be called for <br />February 10, 1964, at 7:00 P. M., Commissioner's Chamber at <br />the City Hall, on re-zoning of Block 82, Town of La Porte, <br />from Class "C" Residential to Class "E" Apartmenf Buildings. r <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. Commissioner Baker made a motion seconded by <br />Commissioner Shepherd, that the plans for development of <br />Block 11, Sylvan Beach Addition, as prepared by City Engineer <br />Carlos Smith, be accepted, and that the Mayor be authorized to <br />sign said plans showing approval and further that a contractural <br />agreement between the City and Galyon-Oliver Company be prepared, <br />
