iokoHOUSTON-GALVESTON <br />• <br />• <br />November 18,' 1975 <br />AREA COUNCIL - <br />MEMO TO: Member Home Rule Cities with a population under 25,000 <br />SUBJECT: Designation of H-GAC General Body Membership representatives for <br />1976 and caucus meeting to elect Executive Committee Delegates <br />According to the by-laws of H-GAC, your city is entitled to one representative <br />and one alternate to the H-GAC General Body Membership. This representative <br />must be an elected official and should be adopted by resolution of.your City <br />Council. A resolution form for this purpose is attached. Please return one <br />signed copy to this office in the enclosed envelope. <br />The cities of Alvin and Deer Park have arranged for a Caucus Meeting of city <br />representatives from member home rule cities. The pertinent data concerning <br />this meeting is as follows: <br />DATE: Wednesday, December 3, 1975 <br />PLACE: Pizza Yoint <br />5002 Spencer Highway <br />Pasadena, Texas <br />TIME: 6:30 p.m. <br />Meals for the city representative and his spouse will be provided through the <br />courtesy of the cities of Alvin and Deer Park.
