On week days including Saturdays the pool will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 <br />p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for general swi_i-mping. Sunday 2:00 p.rn. to <br />6:00 p.m. <br />?_. Everyone must be out of the pool by 15 minutes to closing, dressed and out of <br />pool enclosure by the hour set as closing. No adrission after 3:50 p.m. <br />3. i,o person shall be admitted to pool who has sores, open abrasions, a cold, <br />- or other physical condition which might contaminate the pool or jeopardize <br />such persons safety. <br />4: Everyone must take a shower bath before entering the pool. <br />5. No bobby pins or hair pins allowed in pool. <br />6. No child under the age of 7 will be permitted in the pool, unless accompanied <br />by a responsible person. <br />7. Only children 6 and under allowed in baby pool. No drinking of alcoholic beverages will be alloT,ed. <br />12. No person wearing street clothes will be allowed within the pool enclosure. <br />Cut-offs must be hemmed. <br />13. Persons using pool are solely responsible for personal ite-os . <br />14. No dogs or pets of any kind will be permitted within the pool enclosure or <br />bath house. <br />15. No unauthorized persons will be allowed on the life -guard platform or basket <br />room at any time. <br />16. No smoking in the pool enclosure. _ <br />17.- The attendant in charge shall enforce such other sanitary neasures as felt <br />necessary to safeguard the health, safety and well-being of persons using the <br />pool and its facilities. <br />18. The Management reserves the right to eject any persons from the pool enclosure, <br />bathhouse, or park for violation of any of the rules, or any persons whose <br />condition or conduct warrants such action, in the opinion of the attendant. <br />Further, the Management reserves the right 'to refuse admission to the pool, <br />bathhouse or park to any person. <br />The Management and attendants are charged with the responsibility of enforcing <br />these rules, and your cooperation is earnestly solicited. Such rules are made <br />• for the benefit and well-being of all persons using the accomodations. <br />The City of La Porte will charge $20.00 rent for the first 1' hrs and $10.00 <br />per hr for each additional lir with the City paying for 2 lifeguards. This <br />charge is for use of the pool for private parties. <br />
