Box 1215 <br />La Porte, Texas 77571 <br />Dear Mr. Lewallen: <br />This letter is in response to yours of July 30, 1976, concerning <br />the adjustments of Exxon facilities near the proposed Spencer <br />Highway Overpass Project in the City of La Porte. Your esti- <br />mated cost of $10,462.00 covers the adjustments previously shown <br />on your drawings that you feel necessary for the protection of <br />your lines. <br />This letter is to extend a commitment from the City of La Porte <br />• to reimburse Exxon Pipeline Company 100 per cent of your adjust- <br />ment costs. <br />Construction of the proposed overpass has been advertised and <br />bids will be received at an early date.
