Box. 1115 • LA PORTE, TEXAS 77571 <br />October 4, 1976 <br />Mr. Ray Kallas <br />Channel Industries Gas Company <br />1333 West Loop South, Suite 1333 <br />Houston, Texas 77027 <br />Dear Mr. Kallas: <br />This letter is in response to yours of August 11, 1976, concern- <br />ing the adjustments of Channel Industries facilities near the <br />proposed Spencer Highway Overpass Project in the City of La Porte. <br />Your estimated cost of $34,965.00 covers the adjustments pre- <br />viously shown on your drawings that you feel necessary for the <br />protection of your lines. <br />This letter is to extend a commitment from the City of La Porte <br />• to reimburse Channel Industries Gas Company 100 per cent of your <br />adjustment costs. <br />Construction of the proposed overpass has been advertised and <br />bids will be received at an early date.
