<br />municipal corporation of Harris County, Texas, hereinafter

<br />called the "Grantee", the sufficiency of which consideration

<br />is hereby acknowledged by Grantors, have GRANTED, SOLD and
<br />
<br />CONVEYED and by these presents do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto
<br />
<br />Grantee the following described property, to wit:

<br />Lots 17 through 32 of Block 1253, City
<br />of La Porte, Harris County, Texas (here-
<br />inafter called the "Property").
<br />
<br />This conveyance is made by the Grantors and accepted by
<br />
<br />the Grantee subject to any and all outstanding mineral in-
<br />
<br />terests, liens, restrictions, rights-of-way and easements,
<br />
<br />encumbrances, conditions and other matters, to the extent and
<br />
<br />only to the extent that such outstanding mineral interests,
<br />
<br />liens, restrictions, rights-of-way and easements, encumbrances,
<br />
<br />conditions and other matters are presently valid and sub-
<br />
<br />sisting and cover or affect the Property (or any portion
<br />
<br />thereof) and are now on file or of record in the office of
<br />
<br />the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, to-
<br />
<br />gether with all and singular the right~ and a~purtenances
<br />thereto in anywise belonging unto Grantee, its successors and
<br />
<br />assigns, forever, and Grantors do hereby bind themselves,
<br />
<br />their heirs, successors and assigns to warrant and forever
