<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77- 7 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF LA PORTE TO ACT AS THE <br />AGENT OF THE BAYSHORE MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT, TO OBTAIN <br />A FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION GRANT UNDER PUBLIC LAW 92~500. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. Attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A", <br /> <br />incorporated by reference herein and made a part hereof for <br /> <br />all purposes, is a certified copy of a Resolution of the Board <br /> <br />of Supervisors of the Bayshore Municipal Utility District, <br /> <br />passed and approved September 7, 1977. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Commission of the City of La Porte <br /> <br />hereby agrees to act as the agent of the Bayshore Municipal <br /> <br />Utility District, to apply for and obtain a Federal Construc- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />tion Grant under Public Law 92-500 as a part of and as an <br /> <br />amendment to the pending application for such a Grant by the <br /> <br />City of La Porte. <br /> <br />Section 3.
