La Porte Bayshore Neighborhood Center <br /> As we understand from~ommissioner Love and Mr. Sherwood <br /> The La Porte Bayshore Neighborhood Center will be allowed to <br /> use the Civic Center on San Jacinto Avenue, without cost, for <br /> our ongoing programs through the month of May, 1977. We would <br /> like to submit the attached schedule for your confirmation. <br /> If at any time this conflicts with your scheduling we would <br /> appreciate your letting us know well in advance so we can make <br /> other arrangements. <br />. We would also like to request that we be allowed some <br /> storage space in the Civic Center for equipment and supplies <br /> for these ongoing programs. Attached is a list of items we <br /> will leave in the Civic Center. <br /> Our Northside personnel will terminate on December 31, 1976. <br /> At that time we will no longer assume the responsibility for the <br /> Civic Center buildings on San Jacinto Avenue or North Fourth st, <br /> or the baseball diamonds. <br /> ~ <br /> We again wish to assure the council of our sincere coo- <br /> peration in this effort to provide the citizens in our community <br /> with a bigger and better program. <br /> Sincerely, .. <br /> (Mrs.) Florence A1~orth <br />.
