BOX ~ ~ ~ 5 • LA FOiZTE, TEXAS 7 f 57 ~ <br />March 13, 1978 <br />La Porte Boys' Baseball Association <br />La Porte, Texas <br />Gentlemen: <br />This letter is to advise you that the City Commission of the City <br />of La Porte has accepted your proposal for the operation of the <br />concession stand at the Fairmont-Park baseball complex, for the <br />1978 season. <br />The terms and conditions of the operation of the concession stand <br />will be as follows: <br />(1} You must keep the stand open during.-all scheduled events at <br />the baseball complex. You may keep the stand open at other <br />times, at your discretion.. <br />• (2) You must keep records of all sales and.bank deposits, and <br />keep these records available for inspection by City personnel <br />at reasonable times. <br />(3) On the 5th day of each month following each calendar month <br />during the term of the 1978 season, you must remit to the <br />City of La Porte, 10~ of your•net profit for the preceding <br />calendar month. <br />(4) You must not dispense merchandise in glass containers. <br />(5') You must keep your facilities in a clean and orderly condition, <br />permitting no nuisances. You will be responsible for keeping <br />the concession stand and the rest rooms in an orderly condition. <br />The City will furnish the soap and tissues for the rest rooms. <br />(6) You may not sell alcoholic beverages. <br />• <br />
