Interest shall cease upon any amounts so_paid, provided that no such <br />payment or partial release shall -in anywise impair or affect the validity, priority <br />or standing of such lien as to the rest of the premises covered by this conveyance. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular, the rights <br />and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever. And <br />Crantor does hereby bind himself, his heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and forever defend, <br />.,11 and singular the said premises unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns, against every person whom- <br />et.r claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. Taxes for the current year have been prorated <br />are assumed by Grantee.
