<br />Grantor, and by Deed of Trust of even date herewith from Grantee to KNG-W. AS_ISZS., -
<br />Trustee, to which reference is hereby made for all purposes; have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by
<br />these presents do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto the said Grantee, the following described property, to -wit:

<br />six (796), TOWN OF LA PORTE,.Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat
<br />fhereof recordedin Volume 58, Pages 460-462, Harris County Deed Records, reference
<br />1 to which is here made for all purposes.
<br />Lots One (1) through Thirty-two (32), both inclusive, Block Eight Hundred Twenty-five
<br />-�i (825), TOWN OF LA PORTE, Harris County, Texas, according to.the map or plat thereof
<br />recorded in Volume 58, Page 460, Harris County Deed Records, reference to which is
<br />here made for all purposes.
<br />Lots One (1) through Thirty-two (32), both inclusive, in Block Eight Hundred
<br />Thirty-two (832), TOWN OF LA PORTE, Harris County, Texas, according to the map or
<br />plat thereof recorded in Volume 58, Page 460, Harris County Deed Records, reference
<br />to which is bare made for all purposes. I
<br />M-ds-conveyance is made and accepted SUBJECT TO the claims, if any, of Albert Miller
<br />and wife, Iva Miller, or any heirs claiming by, through or under them, as to Lots
<br />Four (4) through Twenty-nine (29), Block Seven Hundred Ninety-six (796), TOWN OF
<br />T.n TY) i' ,, Harris County, Texas.
<br />GR71N'.POR,-her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, holding such vendor's lien
<br />note, shall be bound and obligated to release such lien as hereinafter provided, upon
<br />payment of an amount equal to 110% of the purchase price, on a pro rate basis, for
<br />the area sought to be.released,-together with accrued interest to date of principal.
<br />payment; said partial release tracts shall be secured in an orderly manner, and
<br />• subsequently released tracts shall be contiguous_ to the immediately preceding
<br />released tracts.
<br />GrtANtT-Z, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, shall be entitled, -to, ---
<br />partial releases as aforesaid, for payments made in due course on the principai on =
<br />such vendor's lien note, and without the necessity of making other and additional
<br />payments. Interest shall cease upon any amounts so_paid, provided that no such
<br />payment or partial release shall -in anywise impair or affect the validity, priority
<br />or standing of such lien as to the rest of the premises covered by this conveyance.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular, the rights
<br />and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever. And
<br />Crantor does hereby bind himself, his heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and forever defend,
<br />.,11 and singular the said premises unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns, against every person whom-
<br />et.r claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. Taxes for the current year have been prorated
<br />are assumed by Grantee. This conveyance is made subject to all and singular the restrictions, conditions,
<br />.�, gas, and other mineral reservations, easements, and covenants, if any, applicable to and enforceable against
<br />�::e above described property as reflected by the records of the county clerk of Harris County, Texas.
