Uses. <br />(a) Art and craft products. ~ ° <br />(b) Baking of specialized products. <br />(c) Barber and beauty service. <br />(d) Gunsmitheries. <br />(e) Instruction of individual pupils in music, arts, <br />and crafts. <br />(f) Lamp and lamp shade making. <br />(g) Photography. <br />(h) Sewing, dressmaking, millinery, and drapery <br />fabrication. , <br />(i) Shoe repairing. <br />(j) Sign and display production, but not of an <br />• electrical nature or with more than fifty <br />(50) square feet in area on any side. <br />(k) Occupations and professions such as those of <br />accountants, appraisers, architects, engi- <br />veers, geologists, geophysicists, attorneys, <br />doctors, dentists, or salesmen. <br />(1) Repair of radios, television, small appli- <br />ances, instruments, furniture, or small <br />machinery and equipment, but not automobiles, <br />trucks, or motorcycles. <br />(m} I~ny use similar to the abovementinned uses <br />and compatible with residential use in this <br />district. <br />F~ Special Conditions. <br />(a) Only one employee, not of the resident family, <br />shall be permitted. <br />(b) There shall be no advertising other than one - <br />noni.lluminated identification sign of not <br />more than three (3) square feet in area, <br />which sign shall be attached flatwise to the <br />building. <br />(c) There shall be no other display ox• unen- <br />closed storage of materials or equipment <br />or other exterior indication of the home <br />occupation which detracts from the residential <br />character or appearance of tre building. ' <br />(d) Such home occupation shall not generate offen- <br />sive noise, vibration, smoke, particulate matter,. <br />odorous matter, heat, or glare. <br />(e} !-ny home occupation involving products as menti- <br />oned above shall be limited to custom production, <br />repairing, or servicing. <br />13-202 Specification: In "R-1" Single-Family Dwelling and Duplex District <br />there shall be a.living area of not less than.one thousand fifty <br />(1,050) square feet; duplexes, not less than one thousand fifty <br />(1,050) square feet per dwelling unit. <br />..17- <br />
