Any person, as defined in Section 1.07(27), <br />Texas Penal Code, who shall violate any provision of this <br />ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br />conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Two <br />Hundred Dollars ($200.00). Each day any violation of this <br />ordinance shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. <br />Section 4.
