Any person, as defined in Section 1.07(27), Texas <br />• <br />Penal Code, who shall violate any provision of this ordinance, <br />shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall <br />be punished by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). <br />Each day any violation of this ordinance shall continue shall <br />constitute a separate offense, and be punishable accordingly. <br />Section 4.
